The order was placed after confirming items availability on WhatsApp. For about a week the tracking data showed item's location as seller's warehouse. The seller provided no updates. Upon approaching the seller and inquiring that why the item hasn't been shipped, it was revealed that the item is out of stock. The seller caused considerable waste of time and inconvenience.
